02Products, Pricing & Availability
—Product Images: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may slightly vary from the images shown on the website due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. Such minor variations shall not be considered a defect.
—Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order placement.
—Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. If a product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will inform you and cancel that item or order without any liability.
—We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at our sole discretion.
03Orders & Payment
We accept payments via online / prepaid methods through Razorpay (credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, and all orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us.
For prepaid orders, payments are processed securely through Razorpay. If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed due to a technical or payment failure, the amount is typically auto-reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold any order at our discretion including orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, placed with incorrect or incomplete details or where previous COD orders were refused at the time of delivery.
04Shipping & Delivery
—Prepaid orders (via Razorpay): A shipping charge of ₹150 applies on prepaid orders below ₹999; and enjoy free shipping above ₹999 order.
—COD orders: Free shipping on orders of ₹5,999 and above; a shipping charge of ₹150 applies on COD orders below ₹5,999.
—Free socks are included as a complimentary gift on all orders above ₹7,999.
—Orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket and its courier network; alternate courier partners may be used where a location is not serviceable by Shiprocket.
—Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
—Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. Any delay in delivery shall not entitle the customer to any compensation.
—Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. We shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
05Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Once this window has passed or the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For prepaid orders cancelled within this window, the amount will be refunded as a store credit coupon code. As no payment is collected upfront on COD orders, no refund is applicable for cancelled COD orders. To cancel an order, please contact us through your account or reach out to our support team with your order details.
06Return & Exchange Policy
—Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
—To initiate a return, log in to your account on our website, submit a return request against the order, and clearly mention the reason for return. Returns requested through any other channel may not be processed.
—Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
—Refunds are not issued in cash or to bank accounts, including for prepaid orders. Once the returned product is received and approved, we will issue a coupon code of equivalent value, which can be used on your next purchase on our website.
—A return processing charge of ₹100 will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount (store credit coupon).
—We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
07Coupons & Offers
—The WELCOME100 coupon offers new customers ₹100 off on their first order and is valid for one-time use per customer only.
—Complimentary socks offered on orders above ₹7,999 are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
—Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or clubbed with other offers unless expressly stated.
—Store-credit coupon codes issued against returns or cancellations are subject to the validity and conditions communicated at the time of issue.
—We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer, discount, or coupon at any time without prior notice, and to cancel orders where a coupon has been misused.
