We accept payments through two methods:

—Online / Prepaid payments via Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

—Cash on Delivery (COD), where you pay the order amount in cash at the time of delivery.

For prepaid orders, all payment transactions are processed securely by Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking credentials, CVV, or any other sensitive payment information on our servers - this data is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy and security policies. We only receive confirmation of your payment status to process your order.

04Shipping & Sharing of Information

Orders are fulfilled and delivered through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its network of courier partners. Where a location is not serviceable by Shiprocket, we may use an alternate courier partner to complete the delivery. To deliver your order, we share only the information required for delivery such as your name, shipping address, and phone number with the courier partner handling your shipment.

Apart from delivery partners, we may share limited information with:

—Shopify: our e-commerce platform provider, for hosting and order management

—Razorpay: our payment gateway provider, for processing prepaid payments

—Shiprocket and courier partners: for shipping, tracking, and delivering your orders

—Government or legal authorities: if required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
